About The Position
The Compliance and Licensing Associate will support the North American Compliance team at OFX, focusing on regulatory licensing in the United States and Canada. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in compliance, legal, or audit, particularly those familiar with US money transmission licensing. The associate will work closely with the Licensing Manager to ensure compliance with state, federal, and provincial regulations, manage reporting, and assist with regulatory exams.
