The primary role is responsible for organizing advanced functions and activities related to environmental regulatory requirements in support of the Lead Program. This includes managing day-to-day operations such as scheduling work, completing administrative tasks, assisting team members, and handling customer inquiries in accordance with company policies and all applicable governmental laws and regulations. The position also involves investigating lead service water quality complaints and determining the necessary course of action.
