About The Position
As a Compliance Analyst, you will help institute the compliance framework and enforce related rules. You will ensure that oversight measures, including Tier 2 Supervision requirements of mutual fund activities, are completed as required within a team environment. Your responsibilities will include working with Senior Compliance Officers to carry out investigations and oversight reviews, providing discipline-specific support for your unit's activities, initiatives, and processes. The ability to tailor your approach as needed is essential. You will research and analyze documents and situations to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, drawing on your sound decision-making skills to solve technically complex problems and recommend ways to change or adjust methods and procedures to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
