About The Position

SalesLoft is looking for a Security and Compliance Analyst to join our fast-growing information security team. This role is pivotal to our company’s success, ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks and maintaining security controls that align with industry standards. You will be responsible for setting and executing SalesLoft’s governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) program strategy, maintaining security policies, managing vendor security processes, running security awareness training, and conducting continuous audits. This position offers the opportunity to create a culture of customer trust and make a significant impact within the organization.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience with auditing and/or maintaining information security controls.
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2 Trust Services Principles, GDPR, and other common security standards.
• Experience with 'defense-in-depth' principles and technology.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Self-driven, autonomous, and able to contribute to the strategy and roadmap of the team.
• Advanced documentation, prioritization, and change management skills.
• Ability to handle proprietary and sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Nice To Haves

• CISA or similar certification.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute SalesLoft’s governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) program strategy.
• Maintain company security policies and procedures.
• Own the security aspect of SalesLoft’s vendor management process.
• Run SalesLoft’s security awareness training program and help define content.
• Carry out continuous security and privacy control audits.
• Serve as the security team representative on company strategic projects involving compliance.
