As a Compliance Analyst I on our Operational Services team, you’ll conduct operational audits and projects that measure the effectiveness of internal and operational controls—then translate what you find into clear, practical recommendations that help our partner groups stay compliant and accountable.

• Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Access (including Excel testing).

Responsibilities

• Drive compliance with applicable laws and regulations (including Federal, State, and local wage and hour requirements) and reinforce adherence to internal operational controls across partner groups (FSG, OSG, Front Office, and Field).
• Maintain database integrity for compliance documentation, including Service Agreements, Exhibit A/rate documentation, Exhibit B/screening requirement documentation, and pre-employment paperwork.
• Support weekly operational scorecard compliance by distributing accurate audits and reporting to partner groups.
• Distribute assigned queries and audits accurately and on time to partner and customer groups.
• Use audit results to increase compliance and accountability across partner and customer groups.
• Complete ad hoc assignments, projects, and audits as needed.
• Answer questions and provide guidance to support groups related to audits and compliance processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and audits to create efficiencies within the Operational Compliance Department.
