About The Position
The position involves ensuring compliance with various regulations impacting ENEOS USA. The individual will research regulations, evaluate internal compliance, maintain documentation, and lead compliance efforts related to Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and other environmental, safety, and health regulations. Responsibilities include managing compliance with chemical and environmental regulations, assisting in obtaining compliance certifications, and conducting surveys and analyses related to occupational and environmental health issues. The role also requires performing safety evaluations, maintaining monitoring equipment, and providing technical guidance to management and external agencies. Additionally, the individual will develop training programs, track worker injuries, and stay updated on industry developments and regulations.
