About The Position
The Compliance Analyst at Mass General Brigham Health Plan is responsible for ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. This hybrid role involves conducting research, monitoring regulatory changes, and implementing compliance programs to mitigate risks. The analyst will support compliance efforts related to health plan laws and regulations, review documents for risk areas, and assist in various legal and administrative tasks within the Legal, Regulatory Affairs & Compliance Team.
