About The Position

The Compliance Analyst at Pure Fishing will support the logistics organization by providing detailed performance analysis on vendor compliance issues. This role focuses on identifying trends, analyzing data, and implementing process improvements to reduce compliance-related fines and enhance customer satisfaction, particularly in distribution and transportation processes. The analyst will also manage projects that impact customer quality.

Requirements

  • A college degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field/work experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required; relevant SAP experience is essential.
  • Previous experience in data analysis or compliance-related roles is preferred.
  • Strong skills in analyzing complex data sets and making data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
  • A solid understanding of business processes, particularly in logistics and compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to analyze and resolve vendor compliance deductions in a timely manner.
  • Analyze customer requirements and assess contract compliance to ensure adherence to agreed terms and standards.
  • Analyze customer feedback and compliance data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
  • Perform detailed analysis to uncover opportunities for optimizing distribution and customer service processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Sales Planning teams to minimize returns and drive efficiency in logistics and transportation processes.
  • Develop and execute queries to extract data, generate reports, and present findings that contribute to operational efficiencies and compliance objectives.
  • Assist with the development and analysis of key distribution-related metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Lead and support projects aimed at enhancing compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction across logistics operations.
  • Ensure all compliance and operational information is handled with confidentiality.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with competitive salary range of $55.3K - $70K per year.
