About The Position
The Compliance Analyst - RNG is a key member of the commercial operations and compliance team and will report to the Manager of Commercial Operations. This role takes leadership in the development and execution of processes that support strategic decisions, assists with Renewable Identification Number ("RINs") reporting, dispenser tracking, and compliance with EPA regulations under the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS), plays a key role in obtaining RINs pathway certification for new Renewable Natural Gas plants, and coordinates data requests for annual and quarterly pathway certification reviews.
