About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of healthcare experience.
• Current driver's license (must be 21 years old).

Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Assurance team in compliance activities.
• Monitor and assist with the daily execution of compliance programs and processes.
• Communicate compliance priorities to leadership and employees.
• Organize, track, and manage compliance documentation.
• Supervise audit preparation and manage audit processes.
• Ensure follow-up and correction of audit findings to achieve acceptable results.
• Monitor and communicate new contract and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and Data Analytics to build, track, and report compliance metrics.
