About The Position

Responsible for providing analytical support to the Compliance Department in all areas of regulatory compliance requirements.

Requirements

• B.S. in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• BSA auditing or casino accounting experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical, analytical and detail oriented work related to gaming records, activities and patterns to identify possible suspicious activity.
• Assist in completing the property's AML/Know Your Guest requirements by using public record and open source (internet) information related to criminal records, bankruptcies, source of income, property ownership and negative news and other information to evaluate any potential suspicious activity and/or money laundering risk posed by a guest.
• Prepare detailed investigative reports for all incidents of possible suspicious behavior.
• Assist with in-house investigations and routine audits.
• Such other compliance related responsibilities that may be assigned from time-to-time by the Compliance Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
