About The Position
The Compliance Analyst (HIPAA/Privacy) at Molina Healthcare is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and initiatives of the HIPAA Department. This role involves providing technical expertise in regulatory and legislative interpretation, managing compliance incidents, and ensuring adherence to HIPAA and state privacy laws across all Molina product lines. The analyst will also create and maintain performance reports, assist with audits, and lead projects to achieve compliance objectives.
