About The Position

As a Compliance Agent, you play a critical role in supporting Westgate Resorts’ commitment to integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. In this entry-level role, you assist with internal audits related to the Timeshare Closing process and customer complaint resolution, helping ensure policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are followed consistently. You will review closing documentation and recordings, research consumer complaints, monitor compliance reporting tools, and document findings that help measure performance and identify training opportunities. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to review detailed information with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfort working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to effectively communicate information in one-on-one and small group settings
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in compliance, auditing, quality assurance, customer service, or hospitality operations
  • Timeshare industry experience
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish or Portuguese) — reading, writing, and speaking

Responsibilities

  • Assist in auditing Timeshare Closing processes to measure performance and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Review and document compliance and non-compliance findings from Timeshare closing recordings
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of audit results and compliance findings
  • Escalate identified risks, trends, or concerns to the Compliance Officer as appropriate
  • Audit account and closing paperwork to ensure proper execution and documentation
  • Communicate identified training opportunities or recurring issues to the Compliance Officer
  • Participate in compliance-related training sessions and ongoing education
  • Research and analyze consumer and customer complaints
  • Monitor and research LexisNexis compliance reporting
  • Support administrative duties and special projects as assigned
