Requirements

Proficiency with computers and mobile applications
Ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout shifts
Flexible availability
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions for the duration of the entire shift
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

Patrolling designated area on foot, golf cart, or truck to identify vehicles without proper payment or permission
Issuing citations (tickets) on vehicles in violation of parking rules
Responding promptly to assist customers, process payments, report incidents, and remove boots
Conducting lot audits and car counts at designated locations and times
Utilizing excellent time management, report writing, and communication skills with all personnel
Monitoring condition of equipment and notify management of malfunctions and repair needs
