The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Washington DC – Crystal City and Embassy Suites by Hilton Crystal City Complex is looking for an Complex Sales Coordinator to join their team. The DoubleTree Crystal City offers 627 guestrooms and 35,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, making it ideal for large groups, while the Embassy Suites Crystal City provides 269 guestrooms and 5,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, perfect for smaller meetings Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in hotel group sales or a solid background and understanding of hotel operations. They are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. This individual takes a proactive approach to managing workloads, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and excels at multitasking while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. This role also supports the Group Sales team with administrative tasks, correspondence, and preparation for client site visits. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a hotel environment, strong inter-departmental communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with hotel software systems—or the ability to learn them quickly. Shift Pattern: Office Hours 8:30AM – 5:00 PM, with the ability to flex times on occasion for client engagement.
