About The Position

This Reliability Tech position can be filled as a B, C, or D Tech depending on skill level. The role involves various responsibilities related to safety practices, work order documentation, and advanced fabrication skills. The technician will be expected to execute root cause analysis evaluations on equipment and process failures and interpret results from predictive maintenance tools.

Requirements

• Knowledge of safety practices including LOTO, Confined Space, PPE, PIT, Fall Protection, Hoisting & Rigging, and Hot Work.
• Ability to document work orders and requisition parts.
• Proficiency in measurement units and application of appropriate tools.
• Strong math skills including arithmetic and application of formulas.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Advanced fabrication skills for project work.
• Experience in conducting root cause analysis evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Implement safety practices including LOTO, Confined Space, PPE, PIT, Fall Protection, Hoisting & Rigging, and Hot Work.
• Document work orders and requisition parts.
• Utilize measurement units, techniques, and appropriate tools.
• Apply math skills including arithmetic and formulas for area and volume.
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Contribute to the revision and creation of schematics for systems.
• Identify and select proper tools and materials for construction and fabrication.
• Execute advanced fabrication skills for project work.
• Conduct root cause analysis evaluations on equipment and process failures.
• Interpret and analyze results from predictive maintenance tools.
