About The Position
The position involves reviewing and monitoring complex injury files to ensure proper medical management by paralegals and case managers. The goal is to ensure that clients receive appropriate treatment and are referred to specialists when necessary. The role also includes handling escalated calls, denials, terminations, and withdrawals, as well as addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues. The individual will provide legal guidance to Complex Injury staff and assist in monitoring and managing staff to achieve metrics. Effective communication with clients, characterized by compassion and empathy, is essential to inspire confidence and trust.
