Requirements
- A minimum of one year of experience, with excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, and a commitment to handling challenging and demanding litigation work.
Nice To Haves
- Insurance and/or healthcare fraud experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Associate will be responsible for all aspects of investigation and litigation in both state and federal courts.
