About The Position

Klinedinst PC is seeking a complex/general and/or professional liability litigator to join our expanding team in Las Vegas, NV, with the opportunity to handle matters throughout the state. Klinedinst is an entrepreneurial-focused law firm community with approximately 90 lawyers throughout seven physical offices in San Diego, Irvine, Los Angeles, Sacramento, Seattle, Las Vegas, and Phoenix. Requirements

• Nevada-licensed attorney with strong academic credentials.
• 3+ years of experience with professional liability defense, legal ethics, or risk management (preferred but not required).
• Solid work ethic and a passion for advocacy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Positive, proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle cases and analyze/research complex issues.
• Structure discovery plans and manage document-intensive cases.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft dispositive motions and prepare for trial.
