The Director will also analyze monthly and weekly STAR Report results to understand RevPAR Index fluctuations and apply this knowledge to predict future outcomes. Collaboration with the marketing department is essential to create demand during low periods, and the Director will lead the monthly forecast review process to ensure accuracy in financial projections. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be adept at problem-solving, and have the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
