About The Position
The Complex Claims Consultant at CNA plays a critical role in managing and resolving complex legal malpractice claims. This position involves evaluating coverage, assessing liability and damages, setting timely reserves, negotiating and settling claims, and directing litigation. The consultant will work collaboratively within a team environment to ensure the best possible outcomes for claims, handling approximately 150 pending Program Law or Large Law claims.
