We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Transportation Physical Damage Claims Adjuster to join our team. You will be responsible for speaking to customers on the phone, educating and helping the customer work through their claim to the best possible outcome. Your role will also be responsible for handling an inventory of claims, triaging critical claims, and delivering exceptional customer service! If you bring strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for exceptional customer service to quickly achieve optimal claim results—we want to hear from you!
