The Complex Business Travel Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue and occupancy through the development and execution of strategic sales plans for the transient market segment, (ESP Local and Global Accounts, Consortia, Government, Diplomatic), for the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC and Omni Richmond Hotel in Richmond, Virginia. This role requires a strong focus on achieving monthly room night goals, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will posses a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the business travel industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. By combining a strong sales focus with a deep understanding of the business travel market, the Complex Business Travel Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and market share for the hotels. ( $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 annual salary, based on experience) The position will be located on property in Washington, DC and will report to the Director of Sales for the Omni Shoreham and the Omni Richmond.
