About The Position

The Completions Turnover Coordinator is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of assigned subsystems within a project. The Completions Turnover Coordinator must ensure that scoped drawings accurately represent the subsystem's layout and functionality, and that subcontractor inspections are identified and coordinated effectively. Regular system verification is required to maintain the integrity of the subsystems. The Completions Turnover Coordinator also serves as a knowledge base, familiar with key contacts in Quality, Commissioning, and Construction, and adept at using tools like Completion Power BI for data verification.

Requirements

• Computer Competency (Microsoft Office, Excel)
• Completions database experience
• 4+ years industrial construction experience
• Understanding of the turnover or completions process
• Discipline specific knowledge of quality requirements

Nice To Haves

• Co-Console or other Completions database experience
• Bachelor's degree in the construction field
• Working knowledge of QA/QC inspection process
• Commissioning knowledge

Responsibilities

• Understanding the details of assigned subsystems, including tag numbers and system scoping.
• Conducting quality inspections and regular verification of subsystem accuracy.
• Ensuring the availability and accuracy of scoped drawings for each subsystem.
• Identifying and coordinating subcontractor inspections, ensuring timely documentation.
