The Technical Assistant of Completions is responsible for providing technical, regulatory and business support to the Completions team during the design, engineering and execution of all Completions activities.

Gathers, compiles, organizes, and performs initial analysis of pertinent technical and financial Completions data.
Ensures the data set, appropriate benchmarking and reporting is complete, accurate and timely.
Ensures all correspondence associated with State and Federal drilling and completions permits are accurate, complete and submitted in an appropriate time.
Tracks operations and ensures activity is accurately captured.
Support AES zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations.
Other duties will be assigned to this position as needed.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in an appropriate field
Basic understanding of drilling and completions
Prior experience working with drilling permits, data and drilling software
Able to work independently, but with a strong team, collaborative focus
High-level problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A high degree of proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
2+ years of related work experience
