About The Position

Supervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Requirements

  • Aircraft maintenance, manufacturing, &/or production experience.
  • Experience with the following: (fabrication, structures, mech assembly, electrical &/or systems integration)
  • Experience with business metrics to drive performance (safety, quality, schedule, cost)
  • Active clearance required to apply with an active investigation with the last 5 years AND the ability to obtain and maintain special program access per business requirements

  • 5+ years manufacturing experience or equivalent education
  • Experience with Manufacturing start up
