The leader for the Lightning Operations Center (LOC) and Delivery Operations Maintenance Management System (DOMMS) provides leadership to a combined team that delivers continuous flight‑line support for aircraft and maintenance squadrons. This role oversees LOC functions such as coordinating flight‑line requirements, communications, and contractor interactions, while concurrently managing DOMMS responsibilities—usage of DOMMS applications (ALIS/Report Gateway) and resources (JDL/LDM/etc.) to access, maintain, manipulate data—to ensure seamless operations and mission readiness. The leader is accountable for maintaining round‑the‑clock staffing schedules, fostering cross‑functional collaboration, driving process improvements, and upholding safety regulations. Ideal candidates possess strong leadership experience in flight‑line or maintenance environments, deep knowledge of maintenance management systems, and excellent communication and team‑building skills.
