About The Position

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Install advanced completion tools equipment according to operating procedures or within the scope of its intended use. Perform advanced downhole hydraulic calculations. Supervise the installation of downhole completion tools, Liner Hangers, Toe Inhiation, Inflatables, Stage Tools, Etc. Verify and inspect completion tools equipment and supplies shipped to the wellsite are in proper working condition. Report status of on-going activities daily to the Operations Manager. Prepare, complete, and submit accurate & thorough end of well reports on a timely basis to the Operations Manager. Prepare JSA (Job Safety Analysis) for wellsite operations. Hold pre-job meetings, toolbox talks with relevant on location personnel. Provide workshop assistance when not at field locations. Participates in CAT (Corrective Action Teams) to implement corrective/preventive actions. Utilize safe work habits. Perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to pass a drug screen & background check. 2-5 years industry experience with completion tools or a similar/relevant role. Must possess a valid Driver’s License. Required to be available on a 24-hour call basis as needed. Basic level computer skills (Microsoft Office) required. Good oral and written communication skills. Upper and Lower completion tools experience. Ability to perform advanced mathematical calculations as it applies to customer requirements. Mechanically inclined and proficient in field operations with extensive knowledge of downhole equipment across multiple product line. Self-motivated with the ability to follow instructions. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to solve unique problems. Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
