Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Three years of experience in community relations or other related work experience.
  • Must submit to/pass pre-employment background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for receiving and investigating internal and external complaints against county departments, officials, and policies, some of which are difficult and technical in nature.
  • Position may be working on multiple cases at any given time that will resolve on varying timelines
  • Assists community members and associates with informal guidance and dispute resolution.
  • May also be tasked with supervising other associates at the Director’s discretion.
