We are looking for an energetic and fun coach that are career-minded to join our team as a Team Coach! If you are enthusiastic about being a part of the movement to improve the health and lives of kids, this is the job for you! We are looking for a committed and long-term Competitive Team Coach to train and lead our competitive team. In addition to coaching, this position is designed to maintain the safety and quality of our program. We compete at Xcel Level Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Experience in one or all is preferred. Our programs teach kids how to safely move through obstacles, progress through gymnastics or parkour skills, gain balance, flexibility, agility and strength. We provide a clean, safe and fun environment for our kids to not only develop their athletic skills, but to create friendships and life skills that will last a lifetime. We also strive to provide one of the best, upbeat, fun, inclusive and rewarding work environments possible. Experience with kids, gymnastics and/or competitive training or coaching is REQUIRED. This position would include coaching classes, training newer coaches, and following GForce policies and coaching standards. The perfect candidate has a strong understanding of the fundamentals of coaching gymnastics, parkour, and tumbling, while also maintaining high cleanliness, customer service, and interpersonal skills. In addition, the ideal candidate would understand and appreciate the competitive aspect of gymnastics. This person would interact with management, coaches, kids, and parents regularly. We are bringing fitness and fun to the communities we serve! Our programs are designed to challenge and fulfill kids of all ages and skill levels. They will learn confidence, courage, patience, overcoming challenges, strength, balance, and much more in our gym! Coaches who work for us have experience in teaching, sports, kinesiology, child psychology, and more. We are a high-energy, fun, and positive environment and are looking for people who are active and can bring the fun! Our classes are highly structured, ensuring a safe but challenging experience for the kiddos, and a seamless experience for our Coaches. Gone are the days of coming up with your own drills and lesson plans. GForce provides all the necessary training, equipment, and materials for you to pass your knowledge down to the next generation of athletes.

Requirements

Experience with kids, gymnastics and/or competitive training or coaching is REQUIRED
Must be able to work 3 nights a week from a minimum of 4-7pm for at least one year.
Full weekend or just Saturday or Sunday competitions are once a month from January to May and you are required to attend each one.
Training season begins July and it is expected that the Team Coach is committed the entire season.
