As Competitive Operations II for VALORANT - Global, you will be a senior craft expert responsible for designing, governing, and executing competitive operations across the VALORANT esports ecosystem globally. You will partner with global and regional stakeholders to evolve competition formats, refine rules and policies, and ensure that professional play meets the highest standards of operational excellence and competitive integrity. In this role, you will own critical competitive operations programs end-to-end — from rules & policy development, tournament operations, and cross-regional alignment. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for pro teams, tournament organizers, and internal Riot teams, balancing competitive fairness, player experience, and business sustainability. In addition to competitive operations, you will contribute to VALORANT esports product management by collaborating on seasonal roadmaps, defining competitive feature requirements, and providing operational insights that inform product strategy. You will connect the day-to-day realities of running competitions with the long-term vision of the VALORANT esports product, ensuring that tournament structures, broadcast considerations, and player programs work together to create a compelling experience for fans, players, and partners.
