About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact team focused on delivering competitive intelligence insights across business functions. You will oversee product discovery, roadmaps, and backlog prioritization to maximize enterprise value and actionable insights. Requirements

• Proven experience in data management, analytics, or business intelligence leadership.
• Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and actionable insights.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex workflows.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms, especially Microsoft Fabric, and associated tools like Power BI, Azure Synapse, and Data Factory.
• Passion for emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and automation frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
• Background in product management or technical program management is a plus.
• Supervisory experience overseeing analysts, engineers, or product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Analysts, Data Engineers, and Product Owners, overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow across data pipelines.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that encourages innovation and excellence.
• Champion the adoption of emerging technologies, particularly AI-driven automation, to enhance insight generation and utilization.
• Drive the transition to modern analytics platforms, optimizing data integration, governance, and reporting processes.
• Prioritize enhancements, initiatives, and tool development aligned with business goals and stakeholder needs.
• Ensure insights delivered are actionable, timely, and tailored to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to operationalize insights effectively across the organization.
