You are a good fit for this position if you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW or MSW), Psychology, Therapeutic Recreation, or a related field. Experience serving people who have mental illness is required. Outstanding communication skills are a must, and you should have the ability to establish rapport with people who have mental illness.
