The Compensation Programs Analyst supports critical programs, infrastructure, and end-to-end delivery of compensation planning events and special projects. This role brings structure, data integrity, and project discipline to complex initiatives. Collaborates with key partners to inform analytics and ensure key processes. Results orientated and are comfortable with ambiguity. Navigating and shifting in a constantly evolving environment does not disrupt focus or goals! An excellent communicator, with a consistent track record of building positive relationships with partners, even when interests may conflict. Highly analytical and enjoys using data to tell a story and build influence. Comfortable analyzing data and using it on a regular basis.
