The Compensation Partner is responsible for analyzing, designing, and administering Sleep Number's pay programs as a member of the Compensation Team. As a vertically integrated company, Sleep Number's structure provides the opportunity to gain compensation experience across various functions, such as supply chain, manufacturing, service delivery, and corporate teams. In the Compensation Partner role, you will make an immediate impact on the business by providing consultative support to Human Resources Business Partners and leadership while ensuring programs run smoothly through ongoing administrative management.
