The Compensation Supervisor oversees compensation projects, wage survey submissions, pay structure development, incentive plan design, etc. This role involves leading a team of Compensation professionals and participating in the creation and implementation of variable pay, promotion, and merit rating programs. The supervisor will partner with internal departments, business entities, and senior management to ensure the effective implementation of compensation policies and practices. Additionally, the supervisor will provide oversight and guidance in administering compensation program activities, ensuring adherence to established organization policies and compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
