At Notion, we're crafting tools that transform how people work together, no matter where they are in the world. As our Compensation Partner, you'll help us build and design compensation programs-managing everything from executive compensation to IPO readiness while ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity. This is your chance to design and own a strategic program that directly shapes how we attract, retain, and reward talent across Notion as we continue to scale globally. You'll craft thoughtful policies while staying hands-on with execution, harness AI and automation to simplify complex processes, and collaborate with teams across Notion to navigate immigration requirements and mobility challenges. If you're energized by fast-moving environments, love building elegant systems from scratch, and want to make meaningful impact at a company reshaping how the world works, we'd love to connect.
