HackerOne is seeking an experienced and data-driven Compensation Manager to join our Total Rewards team. This role will support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of our global compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, equity, and compensation-related analytics. The Compensation Manager will play a key role in maintaining scalable and competitive compensation strategies that align with our talent philosophy, support a high-performing culture, and help attract and retain top talent. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards & People Systems and work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Operations & Strategy Partners. At HackerOne, we embrace a Flexible Work approach, enabling our team members to work remotely while maintaining productivity and collaboration. We are seeking candidates located in Washington, DC, and the surrounding metropolitan areas, to facilitate occasional in-person interactions as needed. While the position is primarily remote, there will be periodic in-person requirements to support team collaboration and foster stronger connections. This approach ensures flexibility while providing opportunities to build meaningful in-person relationships that strengthen our team and company culture.
