Your work will be a key driver in our ability to attract, motivate, and retain the incredible talent we need in order to serve our customers. In your first year, you will take ownership of our core compensation cycles (merit, bonus, and equity), refine our incentive plans, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to HR partners and business leaders. Success means our teams feel confident in our pay practices, and we have the market data needed to plan for the year ahead.
