In this role, you will support developing and maintaining fair, competitive, and legally compliant compensation programs. You'll conduct classification and salary studies, prepare market analysis and survey responses, produce compensation reports, and ensure the accuracy of HRIS data and transactions that affect employee pay. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical work, has strong attention to detail, and is motivated by helping ensure fair, consistent, and competitive pay practices across the organization. May underfill at Senior HR Technician or HR Technician levels.
