We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager of Accounting to oversee our employee compensation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with specific experience in managing payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related activities. This role requires excellent analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. The successful candidate will lead the development of compensation budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support senior management in decision making, analyze compensation data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, and oversee compensation information for each department, managing expense allocations and preparing/reviewing standard monthly journal entries. Additionally, the role involves implementing, administering, and maintaining compensation programs, conducting regular audits and reconciliations of payroll and compensation data, and working closely with HR, finance, and other departments to align compensation strategies with organizational goals.
