About The Position

Orlando Health is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Consultant to support the development and administration of compensation programs. This role is essential in ensuring competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of relevant HR/Compensation experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in HR, HRIS, or related HR analysis.
  • At least 1 year of direct compensation/incentive analysis preferred.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, and HRIS applications.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and compensation guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultation on compensation matters ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Assist in developing and revising compensation programs aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Conduct market pricing analyses and participate in salary surveys.
  • Perform job analyses through interviews, questionnaires, and observations.
  • Model and cost base pay structures and incentive plans.
  • Maintain compensation data in HRIS systems and generate reports.
  • Support job evaluation processes, merit cycles, and special pay programs.
  • Audit compensation practices and resolve related issues.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and IS teams to ensure system accuracy and functionality.
  • Deliver training sessions and participate in departmental goal setting.
