The Compensation Consultant – Corporate is responsible for leading the support of the corporate functions’ strategy including design, and implementation of Advance Auto Parts’ compensation programs. This role also supports the development of the annual compensation strategy, with analysis and modeling as needed. This leader will be supporting numerous functions with a variety of needs and unique compensation requirements and therefore has a significant impact on the business and our people. S/He will play a significant role in partnering internally with leaders across the organization to ensure best-in-class service and advocacy for our Team Members. The incumbent in this role should be a thought leader with strong attention to detail, accustomed to working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth company. This role will report to the Director, Compensation.
