About The Position
The Compensation Consultant is primarily responsible for administering and supporting compensation policies and programs, developing compensation analysis plans, performing market pricing, maintaining system job architecture, and participating in salary planning activities. The compensation consultant plays a major role at UnityPoint Health by providing direct customer service, research, analysis, and governance support to the enterprise in managing our compensation programs to attract, recognize and retain top talent.
