About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Compensation Consultant to lead and execute Pagaya’s U.S. compensation cycle in close partnership with our global compensation team. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clear communication with HR, managers, executives, and payroll. You will manage the full compensation cycle process end-to-end, from preparation and execution to post-cycle analysis and reporting. This is a temporary consulting engagement (~5 months) that will play a key role in supporting our U.S. employees and leaders during the 2025–2026 compensation cycle.

  • Partner with our Tel Aviv-based compensation lead to define and localize the U.S. compensation cycle process.
  • Prepare and validate data inputs, including employee records, job matches, market benchmarks, and performance ratings.
  • Configure and test our compensation planning system (Pave).
  • Build planning tools and models (Excel/Google Sheets) to support cycle analysis.
  • Develop communication materials, timelines, and manager guides.
  • Own and manage U.S. compensation cycle logistics end-to-end.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR to ensure data accuracy and process adherence.
  • Track progress and proactively address manager and HR questions during the cycle.
  • Support leaders and managers with training, calibration materials, and decision-making.
  • Prepare compensation decks, reports, and budget updates for U.S. and global executives.
  • Ensure compliance with public company practices, particularly related to RSU grants and equity programs.
  • Audit final data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Summarize results and prepare executive-ready presentations on outcomes, spend, and trends.
  • Coordinate with HR and Payroll on payouts (salary adjustments, equity).
  • Provide guidance and documentation to ensure smooth downstream processes (system updates, employee communications, reporting).
  • Identify opportunities to improve the U.S. compensation process for future cycles.
  • 7+ years of compensation experience, with demonstrated success managing annual compensation cycles.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling and data management skills.
  • Experience with compensation planning systems; Pave experience strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with public company equity programs, including RSU administration.
