About your skills Analytical: You enjoy working with data, building models, and turning large datasets into clear, actionable insights. Collaborative: You partner well with People Partners, Recruiters, and People Operations to support alignment with our pay policies and practices. Systems & Tooling: You look for ways to streamline workflows, improve tools, and make processes repeatable and scalable. Operations & Delivery: You bring structure, clarity, and strong follow-through to your work, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. About this role As a Compensation Analyst, you’ll support the design, analysis, and delivery of our global compensation programs. You’ll provide data-driven insights and guidance to help ensure fair and consistent pay practices. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a small, high-impact team and partner closely with the Senior Manager, Global Compensation.
