About The Position

The Compensation Business Partner will be responsible for administering the compensation programs and processes across the organization. The incumbent will plan, design, evaluate, and administer employee compensation programs and provide support to Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders to identify and address compensation issues and affirm the organization's compensation strategy. The incumbent also represents the client's point of view in key corporate compensation initiatives and the corporate point of view with client groups. The Compensation Business Partner will possess an in-depth knowledge of market trends, and internal equity practices and will be responsible for supporting broader strategic projects.
