We are seeking a dynamic Compensation Business Partner to support our Product and Engineering technical functions. You will be responsible for developing and providing solutions to attract and retain the best talent. You will consult to provide competitive compensation solutions that are fiscally responsible and legally defendable. You will collaborate with team members to lead or support enterprise compensation projects and annual compensation cycles. Additionally, you will play a key role in partnering with our People Team to strengthen our organization's fundamental understanding of compensation. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of compensation practices, executive presence, and the ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information.
