About The Position
The Compensation and Benefits Analyst conducts analysis of SanMar's compensation and benefits programs. This role involves resolving routine compensation requests, preparing salary survey submissions, monitoring pay practices for compliance, maintaining job descriptions, and supporting the annual merit and bonus process. The analyst will also conduct benefit plan analysis and assist with 401k data reconciliation.
