Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a compensation or total rewards role
  • Experience with compensation data, salary benchmarking, and survey submissions (Radford experience preferred)
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with the ability to build and audit complex datasets
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for data integrity
  • Clear, proactive communicator who can work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and TA
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with equity programs, benefits operations, or HRIS tools like Workday

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day execution of global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Review offers, salary changes, and promotions; maintain salary bands and support equity data audits
  • Manage compensation survey submissions and job architecture mapping
  • Assist with system updates and testing in Workday and other platforms to maintain data integrity and improve workflows
  • Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to support compensation-related processes and decisions
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools to analyze compensation trends, offer activity, and internal pay equity
  • Develop enablement resources to educate managers and employees on compensation, equity, and benefits
  • Contribute to global readiness by tracking international pay practices and regional compliance needs
  • Support long-term strategic initiatives such as pay transparency, equity refresh strategy, and benefits utilization improvements
  • Help ensure our compensation and benefits programs evolve with the business and continue to meet employee needs globally
